Educational Programs Coordinator & Youth Worker
I design and facilitate non-formal learning experiences that help young people across Europe find their voice, feel included and take an active part in their communities.
I'm a youth worker and educational programs coordinator based in Athens, working where global education, non-formal learning and EU-funded youth mobility meet. Since 2022 i've collaborated with more than 30 Greek and international NGOs, designing, coordinating and facilitating Erasmus+ projects on active citizenship and social inclusion.
My path started in business. I studied Marketing & Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business and spent several years in digital marketing, e-commerce and data analytics. That background still shapes how i work: i plan carefully, measure what matters and communicate clearly with partners from many countries.
Today i'm deepening my work in education through a Master's in Special Education & New Technologies. Outside of work you'll find me in the gym; i compete internationally in gymnastics and won gold at the Sofia International Gymnastics Competition in 2025 .
Design, coordinate and facilitate non-formal Erasmus+ educational projects on active citizenship and social inclusion. Lead multicultural youth teams as Team Leader in 17 international projects, and represent partner NGOs at European conferences and partnership events.
Managed client accounts and projects end to end, turning data analysis into strategy recommendations. Handled client communication, invoicing and crisis situations to keep projects on track.
Ran Amazon marketplace accounts across six markets (Germany, UK, USA, France, Spain and Italy), from PPC campaigns and keyword research to product listings and account health. Reported monthly on sales and revenue, led client calls and coordinated customer support and shipping.
Develop and run market research questionnaires on-site and online, then analyse and present qualitative and quantitative findings.
Provided intercultural education and support to children and adolescents from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
Supported administrative and accounting work, gaining first-hand insight into how an international development organisation operates.
Since 2021 i've taken part in EU-funded youth exchanges, training courses, seminars and partnership events across Europe and beyond.

What keeps me energised outside of work.
I've been studying singing for 5 years and piano for 4, performing at the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron) and in other concerts.
I compete internationally: gold in Sofia (2025) and silver at the European Gym for Life Festival (2026).
I've visited 42 countries so far, 25 of them through Erasmus+.

I studied Theatre Arts as a minor at The American College of Greece.

I'm open to roles in youth work, educational program coordination and EU project management, and i'm always glad to hear from NGOs looking for a partner or team leader.
